We live in a time where blood, sweat, & tears are seen as nothing more than coffee sweetener; the weak need not apply. We try to be good people, contribute to our communities, and hope - at some point - we find a smile that reaches to our core. But sometimes, that smile just can't be found. The reality of what we are facing feels so heavy that breathing is halted; words echo off the walls around us as we try to fake a smile for the world. "Fake it 'til you make it." Fake smiles are exhausting; and they can't last forever.

This page is meant to help those of us who have struggled with this pain find a place to be understood, heard, and heal.

Things CAN get better. But, they can’t get better without you.
